The science behind the shelf

This range uses faecal DNA analysis to map the bacteria living in your horse's hindgut, then builds a tailored rebalance plan around prebiotics targeted botanical support. It is informational, not diagnostic, and is designed to complement — not replace — veterinary care.

Faecal DNA analysis

The Equine Gut Microbiome Test sequences the genetic material present in a fresh manure sample, identifying the bacterial families and their relative abundance without invasive collection.

Prebiotic fibre

Prebiotics feed beneficial hindgut bacteria so they can produce short-chain fatty acids — the primary fuel source for the cells lining the intestinal wall.

Follow the plan

The report insights and supplements are designed to help support improve and restore an optimal, more resilient microbial community during stress, travel or dietary change.

Retest & refine
